Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Kraliki platform, including all related services, APIs, and applications (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you agree to these terms on behalf of that organization.

If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. We recommend reviewing these terms regularly, as continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

2. Account Terms

To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and API keys
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3. Service Description

Kraliki provides an AI-native swarm platform for orchestrating autonomous AI agents. The platform includes nine integrated verticals: Comm Center, Data Flow, Workshops, Presenter, Cockpit, Researcher, Creator, Collective, and Glue.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes that affect your use of the platform.

4. API Usage & BYOK Policy

Kraliki operates on a BYOK (Bring Your Own Keys) model. You provide your own API keys for third-party AI providers. You are responsible for:

• Complying with the terms of service of your chosen AI providers
• All costs incurred through the use of your API keys within the platform
• Ensuring your API usage does not violate applicable laws or regulations

5. Payment Terms

Kraliki offers three subscription tiers: Individual ($39/month), Team ($99/month), and Enterprise (custom pricing). Payment terms include:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
• All fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law
• We may change prices with 30 days' notice; existing subscribers retain their rate for the billing period

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store complete payment card details on our servers.

6. Intellectual Property

The Kraliki platform, including its software, design, trademarks, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Verduona s.r.o. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for the duration of your subscription.

You retain all rights to the data you input into the platform and to outputs generated through your use of the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content or AI-generated results.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process your data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Czech and European data protection laws.

You are responsible for ensuring that any data you process through the platform complies with applicable data protection regulations, particularly when processing personal data of third parties.

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through the platform settings. Upon termination, your access to the Service will end at the conclusion of the current billing period. We retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it is permanently deleted.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the Service in a manner that could harm other users or our infrastructure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kraliki and Verduona s.r.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the platform at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic. For EU consumers, this does not affect your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
